The Feldenkrais Method®
 

The Feldenkrais Method®  uses movement, educated touch, and directed attention to help you learn and feel that “how you move” can make everyday activities easier, improve your favorite sport, artistic passion or hobby.

The Method encourages you to move in the natural or optimal way your body was designed for, allowing you to use more of your self, including your skeleton, in your activities. 

This type of movement helps avoid stiffness and injury, regaining a more fluid, pain free movement of your whole self.

By making Feldenkrais private sessions, known as Functional Integration® Lessons and/or doing group lessons, known as  Awareness Through Movement® Lessons, a regular part of your health regimen, one can rediscover a level of comfort and ease that was lost or you never believed possible.
