Many of us go through life with sensorial blinders on. We often keep these blinders on until something such as pain or discomfort becomes loud enough or bothersome enough for us to do something about it. Removing our blinders by learning to act with awareness or “mindfulness” we can give ourselves a chance to change things.
When we begin to tune into ourselves and begin to feel that shoulder tension, back pain are not always necessary, life opens up new possibilities for us.
